Japan Travel Program for U.S. Future Leaders â€" Application Deadline: Friday, February 18, 2011 The Japan Foundation Center for Global Partnership (CGP), in collaboration with the Association of Professional Schools of International Affairs (APSIA), will implement the Japan Travel Program for U.S. Future Leaders for the third time. When questioning individuals, it is crucial not to suggest, or force an answer since officers want the interviewee to explain their story without any contamination. Some interviewers naturally develop skills which make them a good interviewer; however, many need to practice and develop these skills over time.
